Doors Open at Nike Runner's Lounge in Canada
TORONTO, May 3 - Olympian Perdita Felicien participated in thehighly anticipated opening of the Nike Runner's Lounge today - a free,full-service training resource for runners. The Lounge is the first to open inToronto and features complimentary services for runners including trainingtips, massages, footwear trials and running routes.The distinctive facility allows runners to use the state-of-the-art Nike+technology to track their training on an iPod Nano through a sensor installedin their shoes. Nike+ runners can program their runs and download the resultsat Nikeplus.com to track progress, set personal goals and challenge friends.

The Nike Runner's Lounge is located in mid-town Toronto at 1219 YongeStreet (at Summerhill). It is open to runners and walkers Monday to Thursday,Saturday and Sunday, from May 3 to October 2007. The Toronto Lounge is thesecond in Canada. This is a good post. I'm actually visiting Toronto to attend a wedding on the last weekend of May, and I will definitely check this out =)
