^^, I'm lucky... it's still cool here in the Evening and Morning (15ºC) but 28ºC during the day

Had a delightful 5 miler on the shore...what a difference - AZ I agree, we r nuts to go out in som eof this heat! (truth be told it has been too hot and most of my runs have been inside - warm enough thank you!

We're still over 100 daily...BUT they say the humidity is going to back off...us desert dwellers may not be up the chart in miles, but we certainly are some of the hottest runners around
