ooh - pleased I've nearly run a marathon this month so far! I do like seeing how I'm doing along with everyone else!
I am now officially signed up for my first half-marathon! I suppose I need to run more frequently than my "ehn, whenever" schedule!

I missed 2 runs due to having swine flu! Luckily one was the 4mi Sunday run from my rest wk and the 2nd was this week's 2 miler recovery run and I did 30 mins on rower/bike at home (in quarantine) instead. Now back on track! Sorry to hear about the injuries guys
While I biked a lot at Mefi10NOLA, I sure as heck fell behind on my running.
