Welcome aboard, folks.
If only it was as easy to take off, as it is to put on. -_-
With your caloric expenditure, one might presume it is coming off easily.
But in my case, input output. I would like to say I'm one of those "efficient calorie-user"
people, but alas, input output in my case.
(there should have been a greater than mark between input and output in that last comment)
I need one of those walking desks.
...or to start running. ^_^
Do calories burned while not running count? *evil grin*
According to my HRM, which I managed to fail to wear three times this month, I've burned...
13,253 calories cross training this month.
Have you considered cross training, shinypenny?
I'm not considering Xtraining (4h /week), just eating more chocolate to balance them....
I'm going to have to start x-training Seq - either biking or the rowing machine, I think
Started trying to run (only on the treadmill though)
5 min on, 5 min off
