So, who's running and who's walking? I'm walking, mostly.
Running. (But slowly.) You guys are giving me the urge to go for one now!
Why is it that my dog has more energy after a long walk than before it? I just want to sit down!
I'm only counting my running-perhaps I should rethink that decision!
I don't count my half-mile of warmup and cooldown, nor my lunchtime breaks.
Count your walking too, hb!
Walking. So far just my trip to work and back, but I'm looking for a push to do some more
I take the dogs for a mile-long walk a couple of nights per week, but the rest of the time I'm running. I'm counting both.
We're having a spate of late-winter snow here... it totally sucks... the sidewalks are unrunnable and that's NOT just an excuse. So for the forseeable future I will only be walking. (Because that's how I get places.) I can not WAIT until I can ride my bike again. I weep just thinking of it.
I live in Melbourne, Australia. Summer time, and a drought, so the evenings are almost always warm and dry.
stop bragging tomble!
i didn't even think about counting my walking to/from work... duh!
...then again, the site doesn't want to let me manually enter a run/walk that was less than a mile. so much for that.
Ugh, not bragging hb. Just spend almost 4 hours walking and remembered why I hate walking in the sun. Overheated the whole way, feel crap now! 34 degrees C (93F) in the shade!
somanyamys : just add up the walks for a week and enter that.
tomble, Texas is misreble in the summer too. I feel your pain!

oh noes! sorry all!
tomble: good idea. thanks.
Is anyone else having trouble adding runs? I get the form and fill it out but clicking to submit does nothing...
Went camping this weekend and racked up lots of hiking miles! Knees are now sore :(
Swallowed two bugs today.
missed dog poo by 3 inches yesterday
Ended up with minor heat stroke on the weekend. Not good!
Nice and cool this morning in S FL, unusual. Got up and wrote this morning, then a short run. No bugs or wedgies (woo hoo!) but suspicious looks from the crossing guard.
Good lord, 40c (104f) tomorrow, and not much better predicted for the weekend. Stupid heatwave!

Dude, take a water bottle! Or a parasol. ;)
92f here in Austin, I'll be trying out the treadmill for the first time...
75f/23c in Fort Worth, just lovely today!
I also had trouble adding runs, there's a copy icon next to previous runs that works.. just change the details after the copy
Sometimes the add runs' doesn't come up as a floating box on the page. When that happens I can't add runs.
whoot, spring at last
I'm just glad I'm no longer harboring death in my lungs. After a 3 week break, it's good to have the running shoes back on.
good lord, I am falling way behind. I have a long weekend ahead of me to catch up!
The rain was my first excuse, the rest of the week is all my own fault. Tried to make up for it these past few days.
I'm catchin' up!
Right behind you!
My first 10K is tomorrow and I'm a bundle of nerves!
I'm coming to get you all once I submit this project! Good luck collocation!
