Saff is from the South Coast of UK and me up in the North :-)

In the last age challenge the Under 40's when lumped together would have beaten the Over 40's so let's not get complacent mature people!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I have WAY less time as a 40+ than I did when I was younger, so I just can't agree with bigRahn.

Hmm. Last time round the under 40's ran a total of 4410 miles against 3840 by everyone else - thought this would be more of a challenge for us mature runners but we musta wore the youngsters out last month I guess!!
