SMACK+ Tips
1) You can hit the Enter key or the Send button to send your message
2) To refresh the messages, click the Send button with no text (the message window does not automatically refresh)
3) We keep a maximum of 100 messages per challenge
4) Swearing is not allowed
5) HTML is not allowed, but hyperlinks and email addresses will be automatically linked
6) You are limited to 300 characters per smackI thought this would not be fair (on the NikePlus side), but looks like Garmin is right behind Nike!! Way to go, Garmin!

I run with a Forerunner and Nike+ but never without my tunes.
Nike+ isn't always the most accurate, but nothing motivates me more
.. than a good high energy playlist!

Garmin users.... can we run?
How can I upload a garmin file? (I did the conversion, but now what?)
You can always use a Garmin for accuracy together with an iPod for music. Maybe even a shuffle, if one is concerned about the extra weight :)
I love Nike +, but running without my Garmin would be devastation! Should have also put team Ipod, then it would've been tougher - need those tunes and podcasts!
I'm in for the nike+ - not the most accurate but i can't imagine trying to learn yet another device!
