It has been 45 deg celsius forthe past few days in Melbourne Australia, cooler today 38 deg, 45 celcius is about 118 deg F. Too hot to do anything :)

My personel trainer organised a 6k run, it was the hottest day on record.
i must take pictures before the snow melts! bright blue - sunny warm - and the mountains are snow capped...i can see them through the palm trees....work WHAT???

Thanks it was great. Was going for a sub 2:00 and finished 1:59:32! Had a great personal pacer! Did a great job for me.
