1) You can hit the Enter key or the Send button to send your message
2) To refresh the messages, click the Send button with no text (the message window does not automatically refresh)
3) We keep a maximum of 100 messages per challenge
4) Swearing is not allowed
5) HTML is not allowed, but hyperlinks and email addresses will be automatically linked
6) You are limited to 300 characters per smackI have no chance of winning but will hope to see my average "speed" improve

i would like to work a bit on my speed, as i tend to avoid it, as a result i am in a !lull" and not challenging myself
i have the greatest respect and admiration for poeple who run fast because its "hard"
