1) You can hit the Enter key or the Send button to send your message
2) To refresh the messages, click the Send button with no text (the message window does not automatically refresh)
3) We keep a maximum of 100 messages per challenge
4) Swearing is not allowed
5) HTML is not allowed, but hyperlinks and email addresses will be automatically linked

Does anyone have any tips on how I can increase my speed?
had a 6.11 run today..forgot about this challenge i would have pushed thru...my fasted 6miler yet...oh well the motivation of the challenge:)
