I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble uploading workouts from your new sensor to Nikeplus.com. Let me offer some help.
First, dock your nano to your computer. iTunes should open automatically. When in iTunes on the left menu tree under 'Device', click on your 'iPod'. Click on Nike+ iPod tab at the top right corner of your screen. Select your old sensor (the one you are no longer using) then scroll to the bottom and uncheck 'Automatically Send workout data to Nikeplus.com'. Click 'Apply' at the bottom right corner. Then go back up and select your current sensor. Scroll down and check 'Automatically send workout data to nikeplus.com' click Apply and then Sync.
Then scroll over to the Summary tab at the top and make sure 'Enable Disk Use' is selected at the bottom of your screen. Go back to the Nike+ iPod tab and click on 'Visit Nikeplus.com'. Note when you are here you may have to log into your account. You will see Log in at the top right corner of your screen. Log in and your new runs will appear. So you know you may need to Log in for the next 5 times or so to build the connection from iTunes to Nikeplus.com and then it will start logging you in automatically!
