Got the low battery indication last week for my 1st sensor. I had bought this first one used/cheap just to try it out and now I'm addicted to having it log my miles. Bought a new sensor and went for a run. Now when I sync my IPod I don't see the sensor 2 data on Nike+. PC has Vista so I can't use the direct download for this sight. Do I need to change a config. or view to get the run data for this new sensor?

I have had three sensor's over one year.
Did you link the new sensor with your iPod? On your iPod Go to Nike+iPOD - settings - sensor - Link

The first low battery message I had, I got the same message with my replacement sensor. I reluctantly restored the ipod which solved the problem. Same applied with my third sensor. Maybe you could try restoring your Nano.

Thanks for the replies - Nike quickly responded to my e-mail and my problem is resolved. This is what they said to do.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble uploading workouts from your new sensor to Nikeplus.com. Let me offer some help.

First, dock your nano to your computer. iTunes should open automatically. When in iTunes on the left menu tree under 'Device', click on your 'iPod'. Click on Nike+ iPod tab at the top right corner of your screen. Select your old sensor (the one you are no longer using) then scroll to the bottom and uncheck 'Automatically Send workout data to Nikeplus.com'. Click 'Apply' at the bottom right corner. Then go back up and select your current sensor. Scroll down and check 'Automatically send workout data to nikeplus.com' click Apply and then Sync.

Then scroll over to the Summary tab at the top and make sure 'Enable Disk Use' is selected at the bottom of your screen. Go back to the Nike+ iPod tab and click on 'Visit Nikeplus.com'. Note when you are here you may have to log into your account. You will see Log in at the top right corner of your screen. Log in and your new runs will appear. So you know you may need to Log in for the next 5 times or so to build the connection from iTunes to Nikeplus.com and then it will start logging you in automatically!
