Chris, the format of the run duration that displays in the downloaded runs.csv file is hour:min'sec''. This is the same format that the website uses in the Run Manager. It looks nice on the website, but unfortunately neither Excel nor Numbers uses this as an accepted time or date format. Would it be possible to format the run duration to use h:min:sec, or just convert it to a decimal value? Thanks--AtlantaG

Hi AtlantaG,
You can simply create a macro to convert the data and store in a spreadsheet. Here are the steps required.
Setting up standard macros

1.     Save your macro in Personal.xls in [C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart]
2.     Right click on the file and make sure it is read-only.
3.     Open the file (double click).
4.     Select [Window] and then [Hide]
5.     Open a new spreadsheet.
6.     Right click in the toolbar area and select customize.
7.     Select the Commands Tab, then Scroll down to [Macros].
8.     Drag [Custom button] to where you want your new button on the toolbar.
9.     Right click the new button.
10.     Change the Name
11.     Select [Change button image] and choose your icon.
12.     Select [Assign Macro] and select one of the macros.

When you exit make sure you save changes to Personal.xls
