Your device is probably overstating your distance. I have the same issue. I correct my distances before uploading via www.bluechippy.co.uk/runadjusterweb
I still have to purge and correct the old bad runs, but my average will be more around 9:30 that the 5:15 I currently show.

I'm getting it too... I don't think the problem is with the device so much (although it IS off on shorter runs) because on Nike+ with the same data my average pace is much more accurate. There it's around 9'40", here it's 6'16". Same run data. I think they said a while back it's a site glitch.
