For long runs, I mix in some talk with my music to help pass the time. Some of my sources for downloads are NPR and Dennis Miller's radio show. Does anybody do the same? What are some interesting sources?

I like to listen to Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour. Just the right amount of (nose)-talking for me when running.

I have listened to Dane Cook's comedy routine during a walk before. It was cool, but music works best for me.

I'm kinda addicted to podcasts at the moment - as I clearly like gadgets I listen to the Stuff Magazine podcast. I also listen to Russell Brand, Chris Moyles and a couple of football (soccer variety) ones. Mix in a bit of music around them and it makes for a fun, entertaining and sometimes informative run!

I like audio books for those long runs. I scared the bejeesus out of myself listening to The Shining while running through quiet, snowy pre-dawn streets. I jumped a couple feet into the air when I saw a paperboy!
