stapletonj says:there is an expensive solution I tried that "technically" works.
I spent about $100 on the logitech bluetooth headset.
the foam over ear design was goign to be a problem, since I'm a "sweater". there was a "dongle/box" that plugged straight into the earphone hole on the nano, so that worked, unfortunately, it was designed to occupy the entire bottom of the nano, so it was imposible to use it as designed w/the nike+ receiver. However, you could position the dongle 180 degrees from it's inteded position and it still worked. But, I knew this was goign to be a unit that would have to stay in my pocket the whole run and wasn't goign to work with any armband known to man.
bottom line: $100 for a kludgy, wobbly, solution, with a style of headphone I did not care for. Walking around the house before my run though, the music quality was very good.
Not 10 steps into my run however, I started having "drops" in the music. I then gave up and returned it to BestBuy. Conclusion? The market is "starting" to get there, but isn't there yet.
