I can never see the tag button when I am IT. But this is how I got around it. Let me know if this works for you too.

1. Go to the site uat.andereid.com/NewGraph.aspx
2. Click on login button in the upper right. This should take you to another page.
3. Enter your username, e.g. Deadman35. This is case-sensitive. Then you password. Click OK. If you're like me nothing happens, but you should still be logged in.
4. Manually go back to the original page uat.andereid.com/NewGraph.aspx You can check if you are indeed logged in by clicking on the "High Scores" link at the top. It takes you to a page listing all players. The bar next to your name should be green if you are indeed logged in.
5. Once you know that you are logged in go to this page. uat.andereid.com/tag.aspx
This is the page that you would be taken to if you clicked the tag button. This page shows who you can tag. Click on the person you want to tag.

I know that this looks like a lot but it really isn't. Good luck and I hope it works for you. Let me know if it does.
