I've consciously tried to cut down on salt recently as I'm trying to lose weight... Could this be the problem?
I normally run first thing in the morning after consuming about 250ml of water. As soon as I finish my run (normally around 10K) I'll eat 2 weetabix, Saltana Bran and sometimes a banana... and drink lots of water.
I take a multivitamin, a vitamin B complex, Zinc, and Magnesium...
Any suggestions?
