I'm fairly new at jogging as a sport. I have always been a bike fan and now that i want to make the switch in my training regime, i find it kinda hard. I'm using a heart rate monitor and i really can't find a good enough pace as i'm jogging, to keep my heart rate on normal levels. It seems that no matter how fast or slow i'm jogging, i just hit maximum heart rate throughout the run, therefore i get tired easily. Any tips? Will breathing exercises help? How about MORE warm up, or MORE streches.
Is it normal to keep a fast walking like pace (instead of running like- in terms of speed) during my workout?
