I have been working out regularly over the past year and dropped about 40 pounds. I have been stuck there for some time and now and I am considering trying this new alli weight loss product to get me jump started again. I have about 20 to 30 pounds to go. Has anyone had any experience with this ? Good, Bad ? How about the side effects I keep reading about ?

Thanks.

I tried it and didn't like it. you REALLY have to stay away from greasy food... I haven't really found an alternative pill solution, but I modified my diet and that seems to have done the trick for me. I lost a total of 70 lbs. from a combo of walking/running and healthy food choices.

well, I didn't notice any results from it short of the side effects, which are pretty uncomfortable and really annoying. anyway, i quit using it after two bottles because I didn't notice any difference in weight loss.

And it's quite expensive. Thanks for the feedback.
