I'm looking at those numbers and all I can think is "you have to be f***ing with me" I can barely drive 26 miles in Philadelphia traffic in two hours. I'd make better time riding on this guy's back.
He received a real heroes welcome in Berlin, he was like a superstar. And what about his pacemakers, they could also keep up this speed for 32km before calling it quits. Amazing athletes.
a Marathon in just under 2:04h is a 4:44 min/Mile pace or is a speed of 12.69 Mile/h or in metric units a 2:56 min/km pace and 20.42 km/h speed. That is really impressive. I would be happy finishing in doubling that that time next week-end.
