It looks nice on the website, but unfortunately neither Excel nor Numbers uses this as an accepted time or date format. You can simply create a macro to convert the data and store in a spreadsheet. Here are the steps required.
Setting up standard macros

1.     Save your macro in Personal.xls in [C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart]
2.     Right click on the file and make sure it is read-only.
3.     Open the file (double click).
4.     Select [Window] and then [Hide]
5.     Open a new spreadsheet.
6.     Right click in the toolbar area and select customize.
7.     Select the Commands Tab, then Scroll down to [Macros].
8.     Drag [Custom button] to where you want your new button on the toolbar.
9.     Right click the new button.
10.     Change the Name
11.     Select [Change button image] and choose your icon.
12.     Select [Assign Macro] and select one of the macros.

When you exit make sure you save changes to Personal.xls
