This was one of my best runs EVER! It's amazing what eating right, stretching, sleeping good and PUSHING yourself can do. I ran with my friends Rahn, Ande and Toni :P- knowing this is for the Nike trainer, thats helps out greatly. I hope tomorrow I won't be hurting:P |
