Ten things I learned on this run/jog/walk......
1. Always wear waterproof sunblock 2. Doughnuts are not the breakfast choice for champs 3. Eating Northern Indian food the night before is NOT wise 4. Starting a run at noon when the sun is the hottest= bad 5. Not having enough water with you is just dumb! 6. Bikers have the right away 7. Cars do too 8. Men have it good, sport bras hold in heat 9. Wearing a neoprene water belt holds in heat too- Maybe I'll end up with a 9 inch waist? 10. Taking a week off felt like it's been a year;( |
