5/12/08 | | This looks better than my last run. The weather here is freezing, it hardly get above 68F at the moment. Even running in the middle of the day I needed long tights and 2 tops. I can't wait till the summer gets here and we get back above 85F. It's much easier to loose weight in higher temps and 90%+ humidity. ;-) |
