This was suppose to have been an easy run but it was a little hotter outside than I though. Concentrated on form more than speed. Gotta work on getting my hips in line and not so far back behind me.

I have problems with posture too =( I always have tight shoulders! Keep at it and GREAT run =)

Yeah, hips have the tendency to stay behind...good we carry our race chip on our ankles ;P Good run!
