Finally got to run with Kevin and we found out that I'd been cheating!!!! Our Nike plus accelerometers were out of sync. I've been short-changing my runs and he's been doing a little more than he should.
We went to the track after our three mile run and tried to calibrate but weren't successful. We decided to set them back to default and try out for a new old-boy band called "Kinda N'SYNC". 'Cuz I'm a 43 year old playa, playa!
