Well, the good thing about this run is.... IT'S OVER!!!!!
Just playing. I really enjoyed it. Very, very nice overcast day. 81 degrees which is good because I slept in until 6:30.
Camelback helped a lot... even though it made it a little hotter.
I do believe I'll be a little sore tomorrow... and I'm gonna love it! :}
Had to Google Earth the run to find out the correct distance... the NIKE PLUS doo-hickey's not too far off.
So that means I'm a lot slower than I thought I was! |
