Thank goodness! This week was much better! I definitely slowed down toward the end of the run so I need to work on pacing myself through the entire run. My breathing was better too, until near the end anyway.
If i could keep the pace of my first all running segment (10'39") I'd be pretty freaking excited. But, I know speed isn't the goal...being able to run 3.1 miles is the goal no matter how quickly I do it.
